HOW DO I ORDER?
Choose a product, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the payment. As soon as you have paid, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. On the day your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code. You can use this to track your order online. You can also change the moment of delivery. If you are not at home to receive the order, the package will be delivered to your neighbours. If your neighbours are not at home either, the delivery service will return to deliver the order on the next business day. The deliverer will leave you a notice after two delivery attempts, providing instructions to make another delivery appointment.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROPERLY REGISTERED?
If you have completed the payment and reached the confirmation page, your order has been registered. You may receive the confirmation e-mail after a short delay, or it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you want to be certain that your order has been registered, send an e-mail to info@argentinameatcompany.com. We will check the status of your order.
